Properties that match your "must-have" criteria will be displayed for you to browse and watchlist.
If no matching properties are found in your preferred suburbs, the search automatically expands to the surrounding area, then the wider region, and finally anywhere in New Zealand until suitable matches are found.
When you click Interested on a property, the seller is notified that someone is interested. They can contact you through the website without either party's email address being disclosed.
If an off-market owner later decides to sell — or an existing seller updates their listing — you'll be notified and can continue the conversation through the website.
